1. Introduction
Welcome to Toddlers Corner. By participating in our activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Registration and Bookings

2.1. All participants must complete a registration form before attending any class.
2.2. Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2.3. Toddlers Corner reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the program.

3. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the Toddler Corner website .
3.2. Refunds will only be provided if Toddlers Corner cancels and cannot provide a catch up session.
3.3. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or cancellations. Sessions may be rescheduled should you provide notice 24 hours prior to the start of the booked session.
3.4. You may also transfer your booking to a friend.
3.5. Term bookings - Only two (2) cancellations are permitted per term and may roll over into the new term. In cases of exceptional circumstances, please contact Debbie directly to discuss.
3.6.Single Bookings - A single booking can be rescheduled within the same term that it was originally booked in, but subject to availability.

4. Safety and Behaviour

4.1. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times.
4.2. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Toddlers Corner staff.
4.3. Toddlers Corner reserves the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without refund.

5. Health and Medical

5.1. Parents/Guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies of the child at the time of registration.
5.2. In case of a medical emergency, Toddlers Corner will seek appropriate medical assistance. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

6. Liability

6.1. Toddlers Corner is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the activities, except where caused by proven negligence.
6.2. Parents/Guardians accept full responsibility for any loss or damage caused by their child during the activities.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Toddlers Corner may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
7.2. Parents/Guardians who do not wish their child to be photographed or recorded must inform Toddlers Corner at the time of registration.
7.3. Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their child throughout any of our Classes, and to share these on social media or with their friends and family. However, this is at the sole discretion of the Class Leader, who may withdraw this right at any time where a parent is acting unreasonably (for example, preventing or delaying us providing the Class, taking excessive amounts of photos, videoing whole segments of our Classes, or taking photos or videos of other children without their parent’s permission).

8. Privacy

8.1. Toddlers Corner will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Toddlers Corner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their next session.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Netherlands.

By registering for and participating in activities with Toddlers Corner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
